Our Yoga school is located in the heart of Nelson
City, New Zealand.
We have a beautiful space, spacious and tranquil, creating a sense of well-being
and calm. We are dedicated and experienced practitioners and teachers
of the ashtanga tradition as well as other styles of yoga, including prenatal
yoga. We have a timetable
with classes through the week that are suitable for both beginners and
more experienced practitioners.
