Class format
A typical class starts with a short relaxation, followed by asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing) and concludes with a deeper relaxation practice (Satyananda Yoga NidraTM).

Also, enjoy a deep relaxation unique to Satyananda Yoga called Yoga NidraTM. Research showed that 30 minutes of Yoga NidraTM equal 2 hours of normal sleep. Learn this practice to boost your level of energy in the middle or the end of the day.
